  • Troubleshooting

    Functional issues

    1. Unable to turn on-it may be that the battery is too low, charging until the red light goes out is a fully charged state.

    2. Unable to pair with the mobile phone-please confirm the battery level first, then clear the pairing record of the host, re-enable the Bluetooth of the mobile phone within one meter range-please pair with another mobile phone and test the same function. If the function is normal, it means the problem may come from the original Mobile phone, otherwise, the problem may lie in the headset, and it must be returned to the test.

    3. Cannot charge-please make sure to use the original factory charging cable and plug in the plug tightly.

    4. The use time becomes shorter-please confirm the battery level, and charge it until the red light goes out to be fully charged. PS: The usage time is related to the battery life (the battery will decay due to the usage time and the number of recharges)

    Sound problem

    5. Mobile phone music is silent -a.. After the mobile phone is connected to the host's Bluetooth, please make sure that the mobile phone audio is turned on. -b. If there is a pause in the background playback of the mobile phone, please pause the music before playing.

    6. The speaker is silent on one or both sides
    -.a. Please make sure that the connector of the speaker and the main line is plugged in tightly.
    -b. Please make sure that the direction of the Type C headphone cable plug is correct (the Aitouch character is facing upwards).

    7. The loud and loud sound of the left and right horns-please make sure that the left and right horns are aimed at the ears, and the round thickening pad can be used to close the ears farther away.

    8. During intercom or phone call, the other party can't hear his own voice clearly
    -a. Keep the microphone close to your mouth.

    10. The front and rear intercom cannot be used to talk-Please make sure the front and rear intercom channels are turned on, and long press the front and rear intercom button to hear a beep to start the call.

    11. There is a sharp and piercing sound when intercoming
    -a. It is possible that the microphone is too close to the earphone speaker to cause feedback sound.
